Shiseido Face Color Enhancing Trio in OR1 - Peach

Shiseido Face Color Enhancing Trio ($37; shiseido.com), described as an all in one compact that imparts color, highlights and sculpts, is a sheer, soft blush that adds a natural looking glow without too much of shimmer or glitter. I tried out OR 1 which comes with a light peach blush, one warm and one cool toned color that work as a highlighter on my skintone. *Press Sample

OR1 is a rather perfect pick for lighter skin tones, since the colors take a bit of layering to show up on me. The color range is quite pretty, the darker shades of pinks that come with a bronzer would be perfect to add a bit of warmth. The packaging is very sleek and the product comes with a generously sized mirror and a brush, which in my opinion is really nice. It works really well with the texture of this product, is soft and picks up color very well. I like to swirl the colors around which then translates to a very subtle wash of a peachy pink, with the slightest hint of orange on my complexion. There's an overall sheen to the product, no actual chunky shimmer or glitter, so the texture is really easy to work with and blend. The brush too is actually shaped very well if you want to just pick up one single color as opposed to swirling it around. Overall, its a gorgeous compact with a beautiful texture, I do think the darker shades would show up a little better on my skin tone, but OR1 is a fantastic pick for someone lighter than me!
